It also uses flat-text database so no SQL database is necessary, plus it comes with an admin panel where you can view link statistics, add, edit, reset, or remove links altogether.
SCRIPT 2: A PHP script for randomly rotating ads, text snippets, images, web pages, links or anything else you may want to rotate.
Affectionately known as Randy, it reads an external file, picks a few random lines then inserts them at a point of your own choosing, on any web page.
Initially written to display text ads in a random fashion, it also randomly displays any HTML content.
